At thirty-six, she stands so tall,

A woman who has seen it all.

The rush of youth, the weight of years,

The strength behind her hidden tears.

She’s danced with dreams, chased the light,

Fallen hard but rose in spite.

Her heart has loved, her soul has burned,

Through every loss, a lesson learned.

In love, she knows her worth so well,

Not just a story she must sell.

Her career, a winding road,

Sometimes fast, sometimes slowed.

At thirty-six, she fights, she thrives,

A warrior fierce—she lives, she strives.

What does a toddler think? Let's see...

Why is the banana not blue ?
Why is the rainbow that particular hue?

Why does she sing with such a loud voice?
Do I have any other choice ?

Why is she not giving me chocolates?
Let me show her my tantrums?

Is she going to be mad?
Let me act,Iam an innocent lad.

Why is the sky not green?
Where does the moon go,when it's gone?

Will I always be this small?
Can I grow like my sister tall ?

Will I have my bed in a separate hall?
I think I should ask her why and all?

What does a toddler think..let's see
A world full of wonder,all for me.
Innocent giggles,endless questions,
No end in sight,day and night :)

Chained Aspirations

Legs bound, yet expected to fly,

Lips sealed, yet expected to sing.

Heart confined, yet told to dream,

Hands shackled, yet asked to reach.

Hungry mind but no choices to make.

Day in and day out, with every breath you take,
You meet the one who's always there, yourself to awake.

How generous are you to the soul you share every day?
How kind are you, to let your own heart gently sway?

The kindness you show yourself is a mirror to the world,
The warmth you offer is the love you unfold.

Through trails, you face, on paths rough and wide,
It's your inner voice that whispers,"you are enough" with pride.

The roads you walk, the choices you make,
It's your own spirit that says,"Let's go, for our sake".

This is the person you are meant to trust.
Embrace the love with a heart so true,
The love will flow, forever shining through.

A Fortress Inside...

Deep down in me,

I built a fortress to let happiness and sadness live amicably,

The latter to show how important the former is.

Deep down in me,

I sowed the seeds of wisdom to let hope and despair stay harmoniously,

The latter to show how significant, the former is.

Deep down in me,

I built a fortress, so rigid and strong against the storm,

To tackle any kind of situation, even if requires reform.

Though within the fortress, I can feel its weight,

Longing for peace, to venture to the world outside.

I can't bear this burden any longer inside.

The walls may crack guarding my fate, Hiding my tears, accompanying me in solitude, but I set it free

I allow just a crack or two, and trust the process with glee,

To explore love, friendship and peace.
